Salamanca University’s liberal arts program offers students the chance to study a wide variety of different topics include business, culture, history, cinema and art. This two-semester course is held at one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious learning centers and also gives students the opportunity to complete a one-month intensive Spanish course, either before or after the program.
The course begins in September with the second semester taking place in January. The wide choice of subjects available allows students to expand their knowledge in subjects that are of particular interest to them.

Who can study on the program?
A high level of Spanish is not essential as the course is open to students at all levels of proficiency. An examination is held prior to the course to determine which class is most suitable for each student. This ensures that participants can are grouped according to their ability.

This course focuses on Spanish art and takes a look some of its most famous artists and paintings, and explores the changing trends throughout Spanish art history.
